This year, People magazine finally gave the masses what they wanted: Idris Elba as Sexiest Man Alive. The annual celebration of heteronormative attractiveness has often failed to fulfill its basic purpose of rewarding attractiveness, especially considering 2017’s winner but this year, they appear to have actually gotten it right. Genuine Zaddy Idris Elba now joins a dubious list of mostly white men that includes Mel Gibson, Sean Connery, Nick Nolte, Johnny Depp, Adam Levine, and Blake Shelton. But which one of them is rumored to drink his own urine?
Megan is out this week, so Maddie is joined by pop culture treasure chests Viviana Olen and Matt Harkins, founders of New York’s Tonya Harding Nancy Kerrigan 1994 Museum, to appraise the current and former winners, while providing more celebrity tidbits than you can poke a Chris-dick at. They also discuss Matt and Viviana’s recent and upcoming THNK1994 exhibits, including “Anna Wintour Double Crossing her Legs” and “The Fantasy of Celebrity Perfumes.”
