Demi Moore & Ashton Kutcher Officially Dunzo

Well, it’s not like we can’t say we didn’t see it coming. After being married for six years and dabbling in Kabbalah as a couple, Demi Moore has announced that she is done with Ashton Kutcher.

The statement, via People:

“It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton… As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life. This is a trying time for me and my family, and so I would ask for the same compassion and privacy that you would give to anyone going through a similar situation.”

In 2010, we started hearing tales of Ashton’s extramarital dalliances. First it was Brittany Jones, who claimed she and Ashton “made love on the couch” one day when Demi wasn’t home. After that story hit the tabloids, Ashton and Demi tweeted adorably snuggly pictures, seeming to insinuate all was well. This year, we learned that Ashton got drunk and had sex with a blonde named Sara Leal, who subsequently sold/told her story to Us. Sad times for Demi. But The Assholes Of America Association has a new president. How fitting that he works on Two And A Half Men.
