Natalie Portman has been cast as Jackie Kennedy in a new, no-we-have-not-made-enough-moving-pictures-of-a-large-and-small-format-about-Jackie-Kennedy-and-the-rest-of-the-Kennedy-family, film.
Variety reports that Portman stan Darren Aronofsky will produce the film, titled Jackie (whoa guys, whoa, slow your roll with that one). It’s about Jackie Kennedy, but specifically Jackie Kennedy as she existed in the first four days after President Kennedy’s death. This announcement comes on the heels of the news that Portman is also set to play Ruth Bader Ginsburg in a new biopic about the Supreme Court justice/one true queen. God do biopics suck.
