Waffle House CEO Allegedly Requires Routine Hand Jobs From Personal Assistant

Joseph Rogers Jr., the CEO of the 24-hour Waffle House restaurant chain, has been accused of forcing his former personal assistant to “perform sexual services,” among other forms of degradation and harassment, during the nine years that he employed her. The woman, whose name is currently being withheld, was interviewed by the Atlanta police department on September 28, a report was filed, and there is an “open and ongoing” investigation into her claims. No charges have been filed as of yet.

According to the accuser, she began working as a personal assistant for Rogers in 2003 out of his home. Within months, Rogers “on numerous occasions (tried) to force himself upon (her), attempted to have her perform oral sex on him (and) attempted to have sex with (her).” She refused, but says that over the next nine years “Rogers required (his assistant) as a condition of her employment to masturbate him.”

Additionally, the woman claims that he had her purchase him porno, walked around naked in front of her, and touched her boobs. She says she endured the treatment because she was a single mother and needed the income. The accuser told police that on June 29, after her son graduated high school and earned a college scholarship, she left a letter of resignation in Rogers’ sock drawer to spare his wife any “pain and humiliation.”

It is not known at this time why three months had passed before she filed a report with the police.
