Valentino Offers Key Fashion Advice On Oprah

Valentino was on Oprah today — looking very bronzed — to discuss the new documentary The Last Emperor, which follows the designer for two years, and Oprah literally described as “very queen-like.”

The first part of the clip is from The Last Emperor, which opens nationwide on April 3. In it, Valentino’s ex-boyfriend/business partner for 45 years Giancarlo Giammetti tells the designer, very seriously, that he is too tan. Ironically, when Oprah asked Valentino for the best piece of fashion advice for women today, he said, “Not to overdo it.”
