It would appear that Madeleine Westerhout, the Trump personal assistant who abruptly left her job last Thursday, was fired for confirming what we all knew to be true: Donald Trump is embarrassed by daughter Tiffany when he remembers her at all.

According to Politico, Westerhout got a little too deep in her cups on August 17 at an off-the-record dinner with reporters she hosted along with deputy White House press secretary Hogan Gidley while reporters were covering the kickoff of the nine billionth golf vacation of Trump’s presidency, this one in Bedminster, New Jersey.

At the dinner, Westerhout, in what could be a contender for the grossest flex of all time, reportedly bragged to members of the press that “she had a better relationship with Trump than his own daughters, Ivanka and Tiffany Trump, and that the president did not like being in pictures with Tiffany because he perceived her as overweight.”

But he only perceives her as overweight when someone points out which one she is, apparently:

“Westerhout also jokingly told the journalists that Trump couldn’t pick Tiffany out of a crowd, said one of the people. “She had a couple drinks and in an uncharacteristically unguarded moment, she opened up to the reporters,” the person said.”

Obviously, none of this is exactly Deep Throat-in-a-car-park-level information, since Trump staffers, along with the media, have long understood that telling the truth is grounds for immediate dismissal by the administration along with the fact that it’s glaringly obvious there is generally one horcrux excluded on occasions the president gathers the rest of them together—the one Trump never meant to make.
