Breakups must in the air this summer, because another beloved celebrity couple has thrown in the towel after a long-term and high-profile relationship. E! News is reporting Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick have called it quits after some nine years of on again/off again/??? again/!!! again love.
Scott was photographed with another woman this weekend, which was reportedly too much for Kourtney:
The former couple, who have three children together, broke up over the July 4th holiday weekend, sources confirm exclusively to E! News.
“Kourtney has always taken Scott back and been by his side, but now with three kids it has gotten old,” says a source. “Kourtney has to do what’s best for the kids.”
TMZ is predictably more blunt on the subject, saying Kourtney kicked him to the kurb because “he chose partying”:
Our well-placed sources — and they’re solid — tell us Scott hasn’t come home to the family house in Calabasas in over a month and Kourtney lost her patience.
As one source put it, “His partying lately has made her make this tough decision.” We’re told Kourtney is also frustrated with Scott’s friends — and believes they’re enabling his substance abuse.
The Lord was allegedly going around Monte Carlo telling everyone he was “newly single” (rumors of his wandering eye have flown for years) which would probably explain his recent tooth whitening appointment.
