Nicki Minaj Channels Beyoncé for SNL's Hip Hop Nativity

James Franco hosted an enjoyable episode of SNL last night with Nicki Minaj as a musical guest. There were a fair amount (like four) of fun sketches (with some help from Franco’s other half Seth Rogen). Case in point: the “Jingle Ballerz Special” in which we learn that baby Jesus woke up like this.

Here’s SNL’s take on their own network’s production of Peter Pan Live! It just hit me. NBC subjected us to the pain that was Peter Pan Live! for the sole purpose of giving us a strong SNL sketch. You have to admire their commitment to self-flagellation.
