Kate Mara and Michael B. Jordan Are Patient Saints

If I had been in the room when a pair of braindead radio hosts interviewed the two Fantastic Four actors, I would have thrown a chair across the room. Kate Mara and Michael B. Jordan apparently have significantly more self control than I do.

Steven J. Rickman, known to Rock 100.5 listeners as “Southside Steve,” first asked the question:

“Am I missing something?” he said. “You’re white and you’re black. How does that happen?”

“They could be raised as brother and sister. There’s a whole bunch of family dynamics that could be without the ‘obvious adoption,’” Jordan gamely responded.

He then began relentlessly asking Mara about her hair in an extremely creeptastic, sexist way:

“You’re way, way hot,” Rickman said. “Why’d you cut the hair? Your hair was beautiful.”

“This is a great interview,” Mara said before explaining that it was for a movie and it’s none of your business, you sexist radio turd.

“I’m a toe guy,” he said. “Your toes are fine.”

Although they didn’t express any remorse during the interview, the shock jocks tweeted that they felt uncomfortable after the fact.

“My partner’s (Southside Steve) conversation about Kate’s hair is something that came up while Michael B Jordan took a phone call so I think they were kind of just going back forth in a playful way,” said Fuckhead #2 Jason Bailey in an interview with BuzzFeed. “As for him complimenting her toes and why people are upset about that…sorry…no idea. Steve likes girl’s toes. People should be appreciative when they get complimented. Those that are upset on Twitter I guess don’t get enough of them. Who knows?”
