Goop is everywhere already—in your jade egg vagina, mainly—but the company’s newest venture is a yet-to-be-named Netflix show. You have been Gooped, Netflix. According to Variety, the show will air this fall and “consist of 30-minute episodes hosted by the site’s editors, chief content officer Elise Loehnen and [Gwyneth] Paltrow” that will “utilize experts, doctors, and researchers to examine issues relating to physical and spiritual wellness.”
Loehnen told Variety that Paltrow decided to do the show—which I am going to call Goopin’ Around With Goop Gurus ft. Gwyneth Paltrow—because “she’s only really interested in opportunities where we can uniquely be ourselves and do things potentially disruptive.” These are all words, yes, but they do not mean anything?
For those desperate for more overpriced and medically dubious wellness advice, Netflix won’t be Goop’s only new outlet. Goop has also signed a distribution deal with Delta Airlines to stream its podcast on 600 planes. You will be able to Goop and chill. You will be able to Goop-on-the-go. We will be Goopin’ around ft. Gwyneth Paltrow until we die.
