Mark Salling, who played Puck on Glee, will serve between four and seven years in prison after pleading guilty on Tuesday to possession of child pornography involving prepubescent minors.

Court documents obtained by The Blast reveal that in addition to the time behind bars, Salling’s plea deal will require him to register as a sex offender, avoid unsupervised contact with anyone under 18 and stay away from schools, parks, swimming pools, playgrounds, and video arcades. Upon sentencing, he will also have to pay $50,000 in restitution to each pornography vicim that requests it.

Salling was first arrested in December of 2015, after police uncovered thousands of child porn images on his laptop, a thumb drive and encrypted hard drive. Among their findings were images featuring including girls under the age of 10 in sexual situations. The documents say that though Stalling used software to mask his IP address, he showed the images to an adult woman on at least two occasions, who later reported him to the police.

Last summer, Salling’s trial was delayed indefinitely while he briefed his new attorney on the case, during which time he was allowed free on $150,000 bail.

Prior to this incident, Salling was also sued for sexual battery in 2013 by his ex-girlfriend, Roxanne Gorzela, who accused Salling of forcing her into unprotected sex. Salling eventually settled with her for $2.7 million.
