We’ve seen children tortured, over-indulged, and sexualized on Toddlers & Tiaras, but last night’s episode was the first time we’ve seen a little girl wear enhancements to actually make her look like a woman, when 4-year-old Maddy wore fake boobs and a fake butt for her Dolly Parton routine, which was for the “outfit of choice” part of the competition. Interestingly, this is an heirloom costume—her mother wore the same thing when she competed in pageants as a child. Maddy didn’t win a Queen title, but she did win “Best Fashion.”
