On Monday, Denise McAllister, a senior contributor at the conservative website the Federalist, called the women of The View “delusional” and accused them of “ricocheting ignorance and lack of emotional regulation.” Then, a journey began.

In a short, but absolutely delightful exchange, Meghan McCain offered the following response: “you were at my wedding Denise….”

You were at my wedding Denise!

With the grace of a middle school girl caught talking shit, McAllister then offered that the tweet was not about McCain, but rather everyone else on the show that McCain is also on:

Did that resolve the issue? All we can report is that McAllister’s tweet is not among McCain’s most recent Twitter “likes.”
