You Can Live in Kate and Pippa Middleton's Old London Flat for $2.5 Million

Latest

In 2018, Kate and Pippa Middleton are royal and royal-adjacent, but over a decade ago, they were just a couple of plucky single-ish gals trying to make it in the big city in a fancy three-story flat their parents purchased for them in one of London’s poshest neighborhoods. Relatable! Now, that apartment is for sale for $2.5 million.

According to U.K. paper The Sunday Times, the elder Middletons are selling their daughters’ former flat on Old Church Street in Chelsea, now that one lives with her six thousand babies in a literal palace (and the other is in a multimillion dollar mansion.) Per the listing, the “light and spacious” apartment has three bedrooms, two bath, a double reception room, “lovely morning light,” and potentially a little royal surprise, if you bring a blacklight.

The Middletons bought the flat in 2002, and Kate and Pippa shared it until the former married Prince William in 2011. The Sunday Times says they stand to make a £1.2 million profit off the flat, should it sell for the listing price. Which, again, relatable.
