'What Is Your Job?' Ugandan President Asks Kim Kardashian

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian met with Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni in Kampala on Monday, ignoring his long history of human rights abuses to present him with a brilliant white pair of signed Yeezy sneakers.

The basis for the meeting with Museveni is unclear, and made even less clear by the fact that the country’s leader evidently didn’t know who Kim Kardashian was. Which is great, because it meant he got to ask her the one thing I have always wanted to know. From People:

“The president then asked what was her job and Kim, very politely, said that she had a TV show with sisters and family and they were all waiting for her return,” the source adds about KUWTK.

West, it seems, has big plans to spend more time in the country, with designs to turn “part of Uganda into ‘Jurassic Park,’” according to TMZ. What…does that even mean? Is…Kanye trying to bring dinosaurs to Uganda?

Museveni, who has been accused of suppressing opposition and attempting to position himself as a president for life, seemed to have a nice time.
