Olivia and (most of) the gang are back for this week’s Scandal episode entitled “Lady Sings The Blues” where they’re still angling to take down B613. Meanwhile Mellie is on the defensive against Sally as she climbs the grizzly ladder toward the presidency and Jake is lying down for a long, long, long time.
