Watch the Vague, Eerie Opening Scene of Fear the Walking Dead

The first three minutes of Fear the Walking Dead—AMC’s spin-off of The Walking Dead that’s set in L.A. and premieres on Sunday—brings us into a whole new world that’s just discovered the presence of walkers after the initial outbreak of whatever it is that’s turning people into zombies.

The opening scene begins with the character Nick, who awakens in a house looking very lost and disheveled. While in search of a woman named Gloria, he hears screams and sees dead people and lots of blood. Fear it. Fear the walking dead.
