Let's be real. The Little Mermaid is (subjectively) pretty much the best Disney animated feature ever made. This movie's got everything: a talking crab, a lovelorn flounder, a sea witch that's an independent woman—part II—and a red-headed heroine with a wicked sense of style.

And now the movie has been remade the way we've always wanted, with kittens. A kitten as Ariel, a kitten as Eric (the dreamiest of the princes; agree/disagree), and a particularly magnificent kitten as Ursula the sea witch. And it's all narrated by a child—even the beautiful mermaid singing. Who could ask for anything more than being part of this world? (Sorry, had to.)
