The debacle surrounding the alleged Iggy Azalea sex tape is going from bad to worse. Last week the rapper tweeted she didn’t have a tape, then her legal team stated that if the tape did exist, she didn’t know it was filmed and was underaged at the time it was shot. Then her ex-boyfriend Jefe Wine — yes, that’s a name he’s chosen for himself — said that the tape is authentic and she knew about its existence.

Iggy’s lawyers told TMZ that the tape can’t be released without her consent or she’ll sue Vivid. Run by Steven Hirsch, Vivid is the porn company that released Kim Kardashian and Ray J’s sex tape in the early aughts; Hirsch says the alleged Iggy sex tape might be even more lucrative.

Jefe insisted the tape is real while chatting with TMZ — and threatening to release some song featuring Iggy to prove they know each other. It’s clear that the blonde MC does not want this tape released — and who could blame her?
