The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly, Black Swan Edition

Latest

The new Darren Aronofsky film Black Swan hits theaters tonight. It stars two comely ladies as rival ballerinas: Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis. They both rock some pretty amazing looks from the sublimely beautiful to the utterly creepy. Let’s take a look, shall we? First up, The Good (above): Portman channels Gaga. Hot.

Mila as pretty ballerina girl!

Natalie defines the concept of “radiant inner glow.”

Mila sublime in candlelight.

Stunning in streetlights.

She’s got the smoky eye down.

Channeling Hepburn.

Pit-tastically gorgeous.

If you can do this, it’s all good.

The Bad: Unhappy Natalie is bad.

Concerned and scared Natalie is also bad.

Mila looks amazing, but not the glimmer of evil eye. Bad.

Nothing about this is good.

This has to be bad.

The Ugly: This is where stuff starts getting weird.

Nothing’s uglier than nasty fingernails being clipped forcefully by another person.

This is as close as Natalie comes to looking ugly.

Nasty.

U.G.L.Y.

The Good/Bad: The diddling part is good, but the stuffed animals are baaaaaaad.

This is both good and bad because Mila looks so pretty all ballerina-ed up. But you can tell she’s one conniving swan. Bad swan. Bad!

Goodness and badness are in the eye of the beholder. Kissing is nice, but these two bitter rivals kissing, is, well, strange, and judging from the Black Swan trailer, probably bad.
