Last night’s season three premiere of Teen Mom followed Farrah through a life-changing moment: Her breast augmentation. She’s actually not the only Teen Mom to get her chest enhanced—Maci went from an A to a C cup, although her transformation wasn’t documented for MTV.
Interestingly, with all the hoopla surrounding the cast’s supposed salaries, Farrah had to rely on getting a bank loan—and was initially denied by several lenders—to pay the $5700 fee for her new tits.
