  • Amber Portwood was arrested this afternoon and charged with three felonies, including one count of neglect of a dependent and two counts of domestic battery for allegedly hitting former fiancé Gary Shirley while filming Teen Mom.
  • Bail has been set at $5,000, and she’s been placed on a “24-hour hold.” Earlier today, Amber’s brother said, “We were supposed to be having Christmas with my mom today, but plans have changed somewhat. Gary is supposed to bring Amber to the courthouse today. If need be, he will be the one posting bail as well. Amber is very nervous. She is waiting for her lawyer to call her back.
