Take the #JezebelButtChallenge and Get the Butt of Your Dreams In Just Three Minutes

Have all your New Year’s resolutions for self-improvement yielded visible results over the past month? If not, you’re in luck! Though some sites are promising readers their “best butt ever” in 28 days, we at Jezebel have a method of attaining the butt you’ve always wanted in just three minutes.

Step 1: Find a photo of yourself standing in profile—you know, showing off the curves your mama gave you!

Step 2: Open that photo in Adobe Photoshop. (Don’t have Photoshop? Grab a free 30-day trial of the Adobe Creative Cloud here!)

Step 3: Click on Filter > Liquify.

FOR A BIGGER BUTT

Step 4a: Click on the “Bloat” tool on the left panel.

Step 5a: Click and drag all over that booty until it reaches your desired size and shape.

FOR A SMALLER BUTT:

Step 4b: Click on the “Pucker” tool on the left panel.

Step 5b: Click and drag all over that booty until it reaches your desired size and shape.

FOR A CONCAVE BUTT:

Step 6b: After completing the flat butt (see above), click on the “Bloat” tool on the left panel.

Step 7b: Click and drag all over the outside of your booty until it reaches your desired size and shape.
