Even though Spencer Pratt is a dick to his sister Stephanie on The Hills, he might still have some big brother tendencies. He allegedly punched her ex-boyfriend in the face at an LA club.

Stephanie was dating Cameron Huston, an aspiring actor, while filming the “reality” show. He dumped her recently, and when Spencer ran into him at some bar in West Hollywood on January 17, he got in Cameron’s face, and after a 10 minute screaming match, he decked him. Reportedly Cameron’s face was all bloody and he went to the hospital. His mother Cica Huston was quick to get on the horn with Star to tell them all about. [Star]
