Roseanne Barr was on The Late Show with David Letterman last night, radiant in a citrusy caftan and feathery extensions in her hair. When asked why she had moved to Hawaii and purchased a macadamia nut farm, she replied, “Menopause.” And added: “When you get old, you want kind of a less dumb-ass lifestyle.”
Later, Roseanne talked about how macadamia nuts are “the perfect protein” and declared: “I just want to put my nuts in the mouths of hungry people.” Her new reality show on Lifetime is, of course, called Roseanne’s Nuts.
