In it, she discusses her upcoming album, her business, her sex life, and—most surprisingly—her thoughts on Rachel Dolezal, the woman who made headlines this summer for identifying as black, despite…well, you remember.

“I think she was a bit of a hero, because she kind of flipped on society a little bit. Is it such a horrible thing that she pretended to be black? Black is a great thing, and I think she legit changed people’s perspective a bit and woke people up.”

Last weekend, after flying to the East Coast from Los Angeles, bad weather made her connecting flight from Charlotte, NC to Wilmington, NC (where she had a gig) impossible, so she did what any diva would do in that situation: she hailed an Uber.
