A radio host who’s suing Taylor Swift for getting him fired from his gig is now accusing her of slandering him during legal proceedings.
After being fired from KYGO last year, DJ David Mueller filed a lawsuit against Swift in September for falsely accusing him of groping her at an event in 2013; his suit claims the real alleged groper was actually his boss Eddie Haskell.

In an amended complaint filed last Thursday, Mueller added two slander claims to his arsenal, claiming Swift’s statements are false and have caused harm to his reputation, profession and standing in the community.

The contention that Mr. Mueller lifted up Ms. Swift’s skirt and grabbed her bottom, while standing with his girlfriend, in front of Ms. Swift’s photographer and Ms. Swift’s highly trained security personnel, during a company-sponsored, VIP, backstage meet-and-greet, is nonsense.
A month after Mueller filed his lawsuit, Swift responded with a countersuit of her own, accusing Mueller of assault and battery.
Adding to this back-and-forth, there’s also a photo of Swift and Mueller from the meet-and-greet and, according to THR, “both sides have said the photograph in question proves their point.”
