I agree with jleigh. I posted in groupthink about this issue saying that while I'm totally on board with Polanski being a horrible person, I can't extend that judgement to his art. It's like saying that just because Picasso was a womanizer who had affairs with teenagers, we shouldn't recognize Guernica as a great painting.
