Paris Hilton Nearly Shows Off Labia in Stunning Vagina-Inspired Dress

In case you missed it, Paris Hilton chose to celebrate her birthday in style over the weekend by donning a hot pink gown “straight off the runway.”

In addition to a labia design on the bodice, the Alon Livne dress has a very high slit. Paris was mere centimeters away from showcasing her own intimate anatomy.

After attending Alon Livne’s presentation at New York Fashion Week last week and wearing a slightly different version of the dress in blue, Paris posted no less than 21 photos of herself in the pink one on Instagram. She also wore this “#CoutureRunwayBarbie” look while showing off her DJ skills.
