14-year-old Payton Wall was excited to meet President Obama at Ground Zero yesterday, but she really wants to meet the Bieb. Wall, whose father died on 9/11, explains, “I wrote a letter to the president a few months ago. I talked about how I lost my dad on 9/11 and how I like Justin Bieber.” Obama told Wall and her 12-year-old sister Avery that he knows Justin and promised to arrange a meeting. As for meeting the President, Wall says, “I was practicing my handshake all day, but he gave me a hug.”
