Now Big Boi's Also on Board for the Atlanta Super Bowl Halftime Show

After finally finding Maroon 5 a Super Bowl buddy in Travis Scott, the NFL has announced that Big Boi is going to perform as well.

Pretty much everyone they asked, including Rihanna, Cardi B, and Kendrick Lamar, turned down the (unpaid) gig in protest of the league’s treatment of Colin Kaepernick before the NFL finally attached Travis Scott to the show. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Scott agreed to do the halftime show on the condition that the NFL match his donation to a “cause for social justice.”

Now, Atlanta hip-hop legend Big Boi has joined the lineup as well, so that mashup of “SICKO MODE” and “She Will Be Loved” is almost certainly gonna include “The Way You Move” as well. Fun.
