Epic pimple pops are not new territory for Jezebel. Last year, we featured a blackhead that took 25 years to cure to perfection and, bfore that, we presented you with a compilation of bizarre pimple-popping films. But this pimple? This pimple takes the cake. And the Noxzema. And the Oxy. God, you guys, this video is literally the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. AND.I.LOVE.IT.

But words can’t do this thing justice. The next two minutes of your life are going to be a wild ride, so you’d better strap in and get ready for this pimple to slowly explode while an unimpressed woman narrates the entire thing.

According to Buzzfeed, the video is over two months old but is picking up steam again today. Possibly because there’s nothing nicer during these cold winter months than watching a hot pimple get popped. Or probably because gross stuff is just fascinating. Either way, god bless Andy Pepper who grew the damn thing and then documented its removal, which apparently took over a week.
