The First Lady plans to give her white, one-shouldered Jason Wu inaugural ball gown to the Smithsonian on Tuesday. Helen Taft's, Eleanor Roosevelt's, Rosalynn Carter's, and Laura Bush's respective inaugural gowns are already in the museum's collection. [AP]
I ride the bus in the mornings with the Director of the museum, and he gives me the inside scoop on cool stuff like this, the Night at the Museum movies, Dan Brown's book, etc.

Incidentally, he might be the nicest man ever, and an ideal cocktail party guest.
