Thanksgiving in America is, for many celebrities, about a few things, in no particular order: 1. thankfulness; 2. gluttony; 3. family 4. INSTAGRAM. It's the tour kickoff, if you will, for the next full month of holiday excess, and accordingly celebrities were out in social droves on America's favorite photo app, flossing their lavish and sometimes wacky holidays.
Below, a peek into some of our favorite celebrities' fabulous Thanksgiving exploits. Beyoncé wanted to remind us that Thanksgiving is a year-round occasion.
And Naomi Campbell was basically like Don't I know it! Ahahahahahahahah.
Sean Combs gave us a little insight into what it might be like to be a trizillionaire riding a private overnight jet. #blessed
FLOTUS was thankful for the enlisted: "As we celebrate #Thanksgiving, let's give thanks to our men and women in uniform serving our country far from their homes and families. –mo"
The "Ready For Hillary" PAC reminded us of a serious #TBT fave:
Oprah's guests, whom she called "My Daughters," looked the happiest.
Maybe it was because Oprah was making "andouille sausage cornbread stuffing from scratch," delicious.
Eva Longoria was really real, thanked "all the farm workers who made this meal possible."
Karlie Kloss, supermodel and baker of goods, indulged in her mom's "legendary" pumpkin bread.
While fellow model Ali Michael also advocated housing the spread, writing, "Don't not do this today."
Mindy Kaling, for her part, enjoyed "trash pies."
Rihanna flipped the #prettyturkey concept for the birds of the world, playing off the chorus of Dej Loaf's hit "Try Me" and celebrating all the "different ass muhphuckas" who love her.
Speaking of some different ass muhphuckas: of course Rihanna was using dick-shaped salt and pepper shakers.
Your girl Miley Cyrus appeared to indulge in vices other than birds. Like synths!
Related (?): celebrity chef/Fresh Off the Boat memoirist Eddie Huang joked that his turkey was "ON THE TWERK TEAM LOL."
Carine Roitfeld wished us all a happy "PUNK Thanksgiving":

FKA Twigs is a Brit but was thankful anyway: "for my wonderful friends who are supportive and patient with me, my mum for being as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside, my dad for always working hard to protect all the numbers around the world, every lover who has failed me, the one man who has made me, my teeth, and the tiny bedroom in the back of my tour bus." Some people were like, eff a turkey. Aziz Ansari dined on cilantro-topped pizza (assisted, no doubt, by his chef companion Courtney McBroom).
