We all know Valentine’s Day is a bunch of bullshit, and many of us with partners aren’t celebrating because it’s stupid and also, we have work and families and stuff. However, it’s still kinda fun to get upset about forced consumerism in the name of romance, right? Many of us are always looking for a way to rage against the societal machine, and today’s a better day than most for that!
So while everyone else in the America is fucking, or eating chocolate-covered penises off of their partners bodies (or whatever it is people in relationships do), we need to put a NAME and FACE to our collective loneliness We need a soundtrack for our pain, and movies to yell at while we eat ice cream with a celery stick spoon (cancels out the calories, just check with your friend, SCIENCE).
