If you are in possession of an, ahem, slidey tummy, your navel would indeed be over to the side in that position. What makes this 'shoppin unrealistic is that we don't see the belly hang on the right side of her body. Magazines and other print media need to realize that not all of us are afraid of the female form, be it angular or soft.
