Judge Sends Lindsay Lohan Back To Rehab Until 2011

At her probation violation hearing this morning Lindsay Lohan was ordered to return to rehab until at least January 3, 2011. Lindsay started crying when she realized she wouldn’t get jail time. She’s due back in court on February 25.
