Hailee Steinfeld and Niall Horan, who I certainly didn’t just learn were together, have decided to call it quits after 10 months of dating.
According to People, the EDM poet-actor and former One Direction blonde got together in February only to shut it down just before the holidays.
Neither party went public with the romance, or breakup for that matter, but they were photographed smooching in a Target parking lot in August and if that’s not the telltale sign of an advanced relationship, I don’t know what is.
The closest either one got to public flirtation was Horan playfully (platonically?) declaring love for “Hails” on her birthday last year via Instagram:

Scandalous. Absolutely scandalous.
Mourning this relationship is not worth it. Consider this coping mechanism instead: Hailee will go back to loving herself and only herself.
Niall and his naturally brunette hair will play ball.
