Drag Queen-Loving Fiat Heir Robbed Of $4.6 Million In Jewelry, Calls Berlusconi For Help

Latest

Our favorite automotive heir and drag queen enthusiast Lapo Elkann was robbed this week in Uruguay, losing around 3.5 million Euros in jewels belonging to his billionairess girlfriend and see-through-clothes-afficionado Goga Ashkenazi. Who did he call for help in this moment of need?

Yes, Elkann, heir to the billions of the Agnelli family and Fiat, called former Italian prime minister Silvio Berlusconi right after the theft. If there’s anyone to consult after your South American luxury home was robbed, it’s Mr. Bunga Bunga himself.

The specific losses were 17 jewels and several rings belonging to Elkann’s Kazakh girlfriend, pried from a safe box in the wall. These valuables are estimated at 3.5 million Euros. In addition to the jewels, the thieves took a bag containing 25,000 Euros in cash left at the foot of the bed. Lapo is in a bit of hot water at the moment, actually, because he never declared that money when he entered Uruguay.

Elkann and Ashkenazi were at a dinner at the time of the theft, which police chief Juan Balbis believes was carried out “by professionals, with latex gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints,” reports Quotidiano Nazionale

La Nacion reports that police have questioned two suspects, but we’re sure that if they just left this case up to Berlusconi he’d sort everything out.
