At Cynthia Rowley‘s show this morning, everyone was given Band-Aids. Which makes sense, since the clothes showed a definite proclivity for bandage-worthy dots. It was like a flock of candy buttons descended! But less delicious. And dangerous.

The circular cut-outs were one saucy take on the motif.

In other places, we got the forementioned sweet-shop effect.

The shapes themselves however tended towards the classic, even conservative.

Softer takes on the theme were just plain old pretty.

These mondo barettes were pretty nifty.

And it’s like ths outfit was designed to be worn by an editor, to fashion week.
