Courthouse Rapist's Probation Overturned, Gets Three Year-Sentence (Updated)

The judge said Tony Simmons, who raped at least three girls in his custody as a court counselor, hadn’t shown enough remorse to merit his probation. Surely the massive public outrage and protests had nothing to do with it.

Update: The plea deal has been vacated. A trial starts next month.
