CDC Official Accused Of Molesting Child, Pets

Latest

A CDC official and her boyfriend been charged with child molestation after allegedly forcing a six-year-old boy to participate in sex acts with them. The official has also been charged with bestiality.

According to WSBTV, Dr. Kimberly Lindsey, deputy director for the CDC’s Laboratory Science Policy and Practice Program Office, has been arrested along with her boyfriend, Thomas Westerman. They are accused of molesting a boy inside their Georgia home on two occasions — police say that “Westerman allowed the boy to spank Lindsey’s nude buttocks and let him use an electric sex toy on her.” A doctor who treated the boy apparently tipped police off. And when they were investigating that crime, they found photos of Lindsey performing “lewd acts on two pets.”

Lindsey is apparently still in custody, while Westerman has been released on bail. CNN reports that a hearing is scheduled for December 1. Lindsey’s role at the CDC doesn’t appear to involve work with children, and there’s no evidence so far that she met her alleged victim in the course of her job. Still, the accusations against her are horrifying, and even more so given her public role. Lindsey was previously in charge of terrorism preparedness for the CDC, meaning it was her job to help keep Americans safe. It looks as though in her personal life, she was doing the exact opposite.
