Today porn star Capri Anderson told Good Morning America that she's filing a lawsuit against Charlie Sheen today because he choked her, threw a lamp, and threatened to kill her. She's also upset because Charlie called her a whore.
In the interview, Anderson claims that she was offered $3,500 just to go to dinner with Charlie Sheen and his family on October 25. She only went up to his room at New York's Plaza Hotel because he was drunk and a friend asked her to make sure he was okay. In the room, she says Charlie continued drinking and she saw him snort a "white powdery substance." He asked for a massage and "there was a little bit of romance, if you will," but then things started to go awry. "When I became really uncomfortable is when he put his hands around my neck," she says.
In another interview that airs tonight on Nightline, Anderson explains what happened after Charlie got violent and she locked herself in the bathroom:
He was calling me a whore a lot. And he was yelling things like, you F-ing bitch. If you don't come out here, I'm going to kill you. If I get in there, you're going to be sorry. If I get in there, you ... whore, you whore, whore. Like he just keep screaming and slamming on the door.
At the time, Anderson told police she was fine, but she plans to file a criminal report about the alleged abuse today. On the day after the incident, she received a text from Charlie offering her $20,000, "Just to not talk to anybody about it and go about my business." She didn't accept, and complains that Charlie still hasn't paid for her services as an escort.
Charlie's manager Mark Burg responded on his behalf, saying, "This is a woman who, for the right amount of money, sleeps with strangers." Ah, well that changes everything! Of course if a woman is a prostitute, or you happen to be Charlie Sheen, you should be able to do anything you want to her and get away with it.
