I guess this was as inevitable as it is ironic: Bernie Sanders supporters booed Bernie Sanders at a rally in Philadelphia Monday, after he told them it was time to work to elect Hillary Clinton and Tim Kaine. In the video above, you can hear them booing quite a lot.
“Brothers and sisters, this is the real world that we live in,” Sanders told the crowd. “Trump is a bully and a demagogue. Trump has made bigotry and hatred a cornerstone of his campaign.”

Earlier in the rally, supporters also cheered mightily for the resignation of Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who stepped down as DNC chair Sunday, and who was herself booed this morning.

The DNC is already very exciting, albeit frankly terrifying in its own way.
