I need to see a video of this. Even if she's not an amazing drummer, I still love seeing ladies behind the kit. There's not enough drum-playing women around! (I've tried. I have zero coordination. I'll stick to being a different part of the rhythm section.)

If you want to join a band, learn how to play drums. Seriously, everyone I know with a band is ALWAYS in search of a drummer.
