Amanda Bynes has, in a matter of three days, managed to make all of her previous legal troubles and social media oversharing seem trivial. She was arrested on Thursday for allegedly tossing her bong out of her apartment window. Then, she accused one of the arresting NYPD officers of sexually assaulting her, which prompted an internal investigation and lots of social media speculating. Had the tweet really come from Amanda Bynes? Could all this stuff possibly happen so quickly? Now, not 24 hours since her last Twitter outburst, the actress has instigated a minor Twitter feud with Rihanna.
Earlier this afternoon, Bynes tweeted (and then quickly deleted) the following: “@rihanna Chris Brown beat you because you’re not pretty enough.” Bynes followed that fairly horrible statement with some lyrically cryptic insult about naming her dog Rihanna:
