Fifty-two year old Spanish fashion designer Agatha Ruiz de la Prada is the "12th Marquise of Castelldosrius." She showed her first collection in Madrid in 1981 and has since gone international. For her fall/winter 2013 collection — shown today during Milan Fashion Week — she showed clothing inspired by hearts and flowers, and it was a delightfully absurd, visually jarring hallucinatory cacophony of ridiculous.

I'm totally fine with most of the clothing in these runway shows being unwearable, but this stuff is uninteresting and doesn't look well made. This is more like a student fashion show than an interesting, artistic display by a professional designer.
