After a few weeks of speculation, Beyonce Knowles-Carter herself finally confirmed several thing in an Instagram post uploaded early Friday morning: the existence of her babies, the names of her babies, and the ages of her babies. The mother of three apparently chose today as the day she would reveal her very rich and famous newborns, Sir and Rumi Carter, because, surprise, it is their one-month birthday.
In the photo, which has since been plastered on every corner of the internet—including its best corner, the one occupied by Beyonce’s mother Tina Lawson—Beyonce can be seen draped in pink and blue (get it?) as she stands in front of a rococo-ish flower arrangement that’s immediately reminiscent of her pregnancy announcement.
The photo currently has over 6,000,000 likes.
Meanwhile, People reports Beyonce and her husband Jay Z went to a listening party Thursday night—her first public appearance since giving birth. Not a very interesting story, but you know what is? The fact that People editors can’t figure out what to do with their description of Beyonce. The first time I opened the post, a line read:

Several minutes later, I refreshed and found it had been changed to:
Dressed in a white long-sleeve mini dress and heels, Queen Bey was all smiles as she took in the performance...
