Lady Gaga looked absolutely aahhhhhhhhAHHHHHahhhhaaaaaaaa ahhhhhhAHahhhaAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHgreatat the Los Angeles premiere of A Star is Born Monday night.
She arrived on the black carpet wearing a gorgeous, metallic silver Givenchy Haute Couture gown that looks forged in the fires of whatever those early-season Project Runway designers were going for when they thought they were doing “Old Hollywood glamor.”

Gaga completed the look a cape, as one does, and a Bulgari diamond choker, as one also does. Page Six says that her look is a tribute to one of Barbra Streisand’s looks from the 1976 version of A Star is Born. I say that checks out.
Lea Michele, who notably covered Babs’ Funny Girl classic “Don’t Rain on My Parade” during her run on Fox’s Glee, also showed up to Monday night’s premiere wearing what appears to be a tribute to that same Streisand look.

She looks pretty, but like…girl. Come on. That’s like wearing white to another woman’s wedding—something Lea Michele would probably do but come on!
Julianne Hough looked very Baby’s First Gender Trouble.

Bradley Cooper was present.

And Marcia Gay Harden rules!

DISCUSSION
Okay, I don’t know anything about this movie, but I saw a 15-second trailer that consisted entirely of Bradley Cooper shouting at Lady Gaga from inside a van while she was just minding her own goddamn business as she walked down the street, and she was like, “What?!” and he was all like, “I just wanted to see you turn around” or some fucking shit, and she was all flattered and charmed. Cue the sappy, sentimental music: A STAR IS BORN.
Fucking gross, you guys.
