Man Apologizes to Cat By Building Him a Cardboard Palace

Warning: This may get you surprisingly teary. Billy Browne, owner of Rufus the cat, was feeling terribly remorseful after being forced to give his kitty painful ear drops in order to heal an ear infection. While his ears had healed, Rufus remained scared of his owner and would even scamper away when Billy would come home from work. As an act of apology, Billy created a tower of boxes — Rufus’ favorite toy — for his cat to play in.
